Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Worldwide: International shipping is available at calculated rates during checkout. (Free tracked shipping on orders 75GBP and above!)

Processing Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 1–7 business days (Free Shipping).
  • Europe: 2–14 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 5–14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

  • Tracked / Un-tracked & Express Shipping (Additional costs may apply; select during checkout)

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@autocapsolutions.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your items is lost whilst selected Untracked delivery at checkout, we will not be responsible for compensation. In the event your order is lost while tracked delivery was selected at checkout you will receive a replacement free of charge. (Shipping costs may apply)
